What is NFP LocalHub?

A NFP LocalHub is a NFP member’s office or home where delegates of NFP’s FAST Summit 2022 will physically come together and attend the virtual event on July 15 & 16. Some highlights of NFP LocalHubs are;

  • Mini Venues – Member offices or homes as mini venues for Summit delegates.
  • Pan India – Venues in 100+ locations in multiple cities across the country
  • Study Groups – Facilitates learning from each other amongst LocalHub participants
  • Human Touch – Time to be phygital, a mega digital event with human interactions

Who are NFP Hub Leaders & Hub Participants

  • Hub Leader – A NFP Hub Leader is a volunteer member who will be responsible for hosting and smooth conduct of the hub activities at their home/office and facilitate community learning and experience for hub participants.
  • Hub Participants – A NFP Hub Participant is any NFP ProMember or registered summit delegates who opts to join a nearby LocalHub and attend the FAST Summit along with other members and delegates.

Who can be a NFP Hub Leader?

  • Any NFP ProMember or QPFP Certificant in good standing will be invited to volunteer as NFP Hub Leaders and host the Summit at their home / office.
  • Members & Certificants who believe in community building & benefits of learning and growing together.
  • Members & Certificants who have the required Hub set-up may also express their interest to volunteer as NFP Hub Leader.

Requirements for NFP LocalHub

  1. Seating Capacity – Any home / office with required space, chairs and a table that can comfortably host a minimum of 4 or more participants including self for 2 days.
  2. Common Screen – Has or can arrange a Screen / TV / Projector / Laptop for viewing together on a single screen. And a good audible sound output.
  3. Internet Connection – Has or can arrange a Screen / TV / Projector / Laptop for viewing together on a single screen. And a good audible sound output.

Responsibilities of a NFP Hub Leader

 

1 – Pre Summit
  • Encourage members, delegates & other financial advisors/distributors in their city / locality to attend the Summit at their Hub.
  • Prepare the Hub for hosting the event – internet checking, refreshments, connect with participants etc.
2 – During Summit
  • Facilitate interactions amongst hub participants and community building, learning and sharing activities.
  • Arrange for lunch & refreshments on both the days. Cost will be borned by hub participants.
  • Maintaining attendance sheet of participants attending at your Hub.
3 – After Summit
  • Share attendance sheet, photographs & feedback with NFP Team.
  • Arrange for lunch & refreshments on both the days. Cost will be borned by hub participants.
  • Encourage your participant to be in touch and form a study group (optional)
Kindly Note: A detailed checklist of pre-event, event day and post-event requirements will be shared with all the NFP Hub Leaders for standardizing the processes & experience in all NFP LocalHubs spread across the country.

1 - What are the basic requirements for a Hub Location?

The location should be a place that can comfortably host anywhere between 4-20 people. The idea is to facilitate a community learning experience. It can be your home or office which is accessible by other delegates in your locality / city.

There are a few reasons why a date might be showing unavailable.

If you are trying to book a date that is a few months away, please note that the booking window is 10 weeks in advance. Dates further out than 10 weeks will open up as we get closer so check back then!
