Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Maintain client satisfaction by service and connect at a regular interval
• Update and send tax reports to clients and complete any ongoing paperwork, diligently.
• Constantly upgrade self-knowledge in operational areas and on Regulatory aspects of NRIs.
• Identify potential bottlenecks involved in internal or external processes and paperwork
• Ability to solve the bottlenecks and come up with ways to streamline the process
• Stay connected with external teams (operations team of fund houses) to maintain awareness of industry best practices and approaches to client servicing.
• Hands-on knowledge of dealing with Mutual Funds with end-to-end clarity on processes
• Detailed understanding of processes to service PMS products for NRI clients.”

Prefered Qualifications

Postgraduate (AFP / CFP / QPFP preferred)

• Good command over English in both conversation and written correspondence
• Expert in MS Office – Word / PowerPoint / Excel.
