However, we understand that there may be instances where You may need to request a refund or return a product. Our refund and return policy is designed to address such situations in a fair and efficient manner.
 
Refund Policy
- ProMembership: ProMembership is non-refundable, except in cases where the refund request is made within 2 days of enrolment. Refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Other Programs: Refund requests for other programs must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Administration Charges: 5% will be deducted as an administration charges
- GST Charges: The GST amount will not be refunded.
- Discount Not Availed: Once the payment has been made and discounts have not been availed, the difference amount will not be refunded.
Return Policy
E-Books and other digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds for E-Books or any other digital products after purchase has been made.
Duplicate Payment
- In case of duplicate payments, we will process a refund of the duplicate amount via the original method of payment within 10 working days after receiving the customer’s request.
