Return & Refund Policy

At Network FP, we strive to provide personal finance professionals across India with the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where You may need to request a refund or return a product. Our refund and return policy is designed to address such situations in a fair and efficient manner.


Refund Policy

  • ProMembership: ProMembership is non-refundable, except in cases where the refund request is made within 2 days of enrolment. Refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Other Programs: Refund requests for other programs must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Administration Charges: 5% will be deducted as an administration charges
  • GST Charges: The GST amount will not be refunded.
  • Discount Not Availed: Once the payment has been made and discounts have not been availed, the difference amount will not be refunded.

Return Policy

E-Books and other digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds for E-Books or any other digital products after purchase has been made.


Duplicate Payment

  • In case of duplicate payments, we will process a refund of the duplicate amount via the original method of payment within 10 working days after receiving the customer’s request.

    Please note that Network FP reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.


    Note: Refunds will be processed within one month after the refund request is approved by Network FP.
