Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Handling documentation for investment products like mutual funds, PMS, Insurance and other financial products, and compliance and KYC
• Management and upkeep of client servicing data and Software
• Daily handling of back-end operations
• Tracking – Track the following on a periodic basis:
  a. Regular Operations work tracking – Ex: Account opening, Fresh Investments, etc.
  b. Pending approvals of the investment transactions / Failed Transactions etc.
  c. Pending Advisory Fees from the customers.
  d. Invoicing from various vendors.
• Handholding clients on usage of various platforms for the implementation of advice
• Co-ordinating with Mutual Fund Companies and resolving client queries

Prefered Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com/Graduate in Commerce

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com/Graduate in Commerce
• Good written & oral Communication Skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT
