Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Creating, managing and monitoring the financial plans and goals of clients.
• Hands-on coordination with the back office team and existing paraplanners.
• A good understanding of behavioural finance
• An ability to work with team members, understand intricate financial calculations, be comfortable with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of personal taxation
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good command over written English is necessary.
• Positive attitude.
• Initiative to improve and innovate.
• Financial Planning and Investment Products
• Social Media and Client Communication
• Back-end Operations related to General and Life insurance
• Back Office

Prefered Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Desired Candidate Profile

• Oral and written communication skills in English
• Efficient with MS Office
• Comfortable with use of technology
• Should have handled Back-end process of Health and Life insurance.
• Should have worked with insurance processing/backend department
• Good analytical skills
• Presentable personality and comfort with meeting and interacting with people personally or remotely as required
• Good liaising skills
•  Must be updated on current affairs and latest market trends and developments
• Promptness to meet deadlines and close client queries successfully without delay
• In depth product knowledge and sound planning skills
• 4 years of relevant work experience
