Job Profile & Responsibilities

Preparation and checking of customized financial plans, monitoring of plans, updating plans with utmost importance and attention to details,
2. Product understanding in mutual funds, insurance, equity, ETFs, PMS, AIF, International Funds and Asset Allocation.
3. Coordinating with planners on scenario analysis and case studies specific to client needs.
4. Coordinating with all the providers of financial products for availability of product, compare analyze and finalizing of products on various parameters.
5. Plan Presentation and Discussion with good communication skills and analytics.
6. Review of financial plan with the Advisory team.
Risk Profiling of Existing & New Clients and meeting clients on one to one basis to understand and address their requirements.
7. Client Portfolio Reviews and Recommendations.
8. Maintaining records of clients handled with Review and portfolio checks.
9. Understanding of markets. Market Updates and News affecting our Industry.
10. Coordination with investment advisor and client servicing teams with respect to implementation of plan where applicable and hand holding the client in the questions relating to implementing the plan.
11. Research on new financial planning trends and data insights linked to financial plans. Must be able to articulate the same in an Article format to publish on our website.
12. Aid in queries linked to clients financial plan and investment recommendations
13. Maintenance of planning and review calendars for clients.
14. Compliance for clients.
15. Detailed research on multiple financial products 17. Regular meetings with Asset/Fund/Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to get their view on financial markets and financial products
18. Analysing and sharing macro views on global and local economy, and local and global financial markets
19. Sharing research/investment, articles, blogs, updates with investment advisors and with teams on an ongoing basis

Prefered Qualifications

CFP/ NISM XA XB with minimum 3 years experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Analytical ability and number crunching.
• Willingness to coordinate amongst multiple teams
• Willingness to meet asset managers/product manufacturers to get views on financial markets and financial products, inside and outside office as and when events/opportunities arise.
• Good communication skills – oral and written
• Ability to remain constantly updated on financial markets and macroeconomics
• Comfortable with quick turnarounds and deadlines
• Comfortable with meeting and interacting with people
