Investment Advisory, Income Tax filing, Portfolio & Wealth Management as well as recommending various other products like
Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Dematerialization of Shares, Direct Equity etc…

Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Handling business operations by following systems and processes.
  • Handling documentation for various investment products like Mutual
    Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS & various transaction platforms, overall
    compliances and KYC paperwork.
  • Client communication via phone and email and management of
    client’s servicing requests.
  •  Complete Back office of the Investment functions including updating
    and maintaining the reporting software Investwell , NGEN etc.
  • Coordinating with Mutual funds/PMS providers and other platform providers such as Mutual fund Utility (MFU) and NSE MF etc.
  •  Reconciliation of investor’s investments and other back office
    functions like MIS, non financial transactions, capital gain statements, ad
    hoc MIS reports, periodic MIS reports.
  •  Handholding clients on usage of various platforms and mobile app.
  •  Co-ordinating with various teams, ensuring customer delight by
    achieving timely delivery & quality service.
  •  Handling the General Insurance quotes and coordinate with clients
    during policy issuance.
  •  Improving overall Team efficiency by developing better processes,
    better platforms for transactions and reporting, etc.

Prefered Qualifications

Graduation in any field; with an additional qualifications in personal finance field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have good grasp of English and good communication skills.
  •  Excellent skills on advanced Microsoft excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  •  Should be comfortable with numbers and ability to work under
  •  Should be confident about handling HNI clients.
  •  Ability to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and
    flawless manner.
  •  Common Sense Financial Acumen

Additional Details

  •  4 years relevant work experience
  •  The opening is for an experienced operations / backoffice person with experience in working with a Financial Planning and Investment
    Advisory Firm or PMS Firm.
  • This is a full time work from office position based in our office 5 Minutes walk from Marine Lines Station in Mumbai.

Salary Range

As per industry standards
