Fasttrack FP is a Financial Advisory and Wealth Management firm. We cater to more than 500 families involving Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, Income Tax filing, Portfolio & Wealth Management as well as recommending various other products like Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Dematerailsation of Shares, Direct Equity etc.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Handling business operations by following systems and processes.
  • Handling documentation for various investment products like Mutual Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS & various transaction platforms, overall compliances, and KYC paperwork.
  • Client communication via phone and email and management of client’s servicing requests.
  • Complete Back office of the Investment functions including updating and maintaining the reporting software Investwell , NGEN, etc.
  • Coordinating with Mutual funds/PMS providers and other platform providers such as Mutual fund Utility (MFU) and NSE MF etc.
  • Reconciliation of investor’s investment and other back-office functions like MIS, nonfinancial transactions, capital gain statements, ad hoc MIS reports, and periodic MIS reports.
  • Handholding clients on usage of various platforms and mobile apps.
  • Coordinating with various teams, ensuring customer delight by achieving timely delivery & quality service.
  • Handling the General Insurance quotes and coordinating with clients during policy issuance.
  • Improving overall Team efficiency by developing better processes, better platforms for transactions and reporting, etc.”

Prefered Qualifications

Graduation in any field; with additional qualifications in the personal finance field.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have a good grasp of English and good communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in advanced Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Should be comfortable with numbers and able to work under pressure.
  • Should be confident about handling HNI clients.
  • Ability to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.
  • Common Sense Financial Acumen

Additional Details

  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • The opening is for an experienced operations / back office person with experience in working with a Financial Planning and Investment Advisory Firm or PMS Firm.
  • This is a full-time work from office position based in our office 5 Minutes walk from Marine Lines Station in Mumbai. “
