Harsh is also vice-Chair of the Association of Registered Investment Advisers (ARIA) – a section 8 not-for-profit company.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Complete Back office of the Investment functions including updating and maintaining the reporting software Investwell
• Reconciliation of investor’s investments and other back-office functions like MIS, nonfinancial transactions, capital gain statements, ad hoc MIS reports, periodic MIS reports
• Providing various Management MIS from the back office software
• Assisting other financial planners in their tasks
• Coordinating with Mutual funds/PMS providers and other platforms providers such as Mutual fund Utility (MFU) or BSE Star etc

Prefered Qualifications

CFP/QPFP/MBA/CA inter etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Appropriate qualifications like CFP/QPFP/MBA/CA inter etc.
• Excellent skills in advanced Microsoft Excel including pivot tables/Vlookup etc
• Minimum 3-4 years Experience in working with investment back-office software (preferably Investwell)
• Conversant with accounts and general financial concepts
• Common Sense Financial Acumen”

The opening is for an experienced operations/back office person with experience in working in a Financial Planning and Investment Advisory Firm or PMS Firm. It is an opportunity to hone your skils in this exciting profession and work closely with professionals working in this area. This is a full-time work from office position based in our office in Madhava Building, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai which is conveniently located in Mumbai.

Salary Range

The Cost to company basis compensation will be around Rs.6 Lakhs per annum and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
