Job Profile & Responsibilities

• This leadership and managerial position requires you to own up the the complete sales and marketing initiatives and help Futurewise’s flagship product IFANOW become the number one product in it’s category.

• As a leader, you are expected to come up with strategies and execution plan to grow the user base of IFANOW

• As a manager, you are expected to lead, nurture, motivate and manage the business development team to help them achieve their set targets

• You will be responsible for big ticket enterprise sale, end-to-end

• You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and review of monthly sales targets, sales and marketing budgets

•  Continually abreast yourself with the ever evolving landscape in the Indian financial advisory landscape including new regulations passed by SEBI. Understanding its impact on the business and demonstrate agility in coming up with strategies to grow the business amid the changing regulatory framework

• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

• Be hands-on with various marketing initiatives especially ones which can leverage the digital channels

• Ideate, execute initiatives like Webinars, physical workshops, out city events, industry events, social media, content marketing, email campaigns and so on

• Continuously review and fine tune the sales process to ensure efficiency and ROI

• Come up with strategies and execution of ways to upsell to existing users

• Have a growth-hacker mindset to ensure non-linear and exponential growth in the user base

• Identify, nurture and grow the power users and turn them into product evangelists

• Review tele calling team’s performance by doing sample test check, both inbound and outbound

• Communicate closely with prospects and clients and understand the product requirements, review of current product and pass on the information to the respective heads

• Attend industry events, interact with prospects and grow the network

Prefered Qualifications

MBA in Sales & Marketing / 8 – 12 years of experience in software sales, B2B sales, BFSI industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A keen understanding of the mutual fund industry will be highly preferred

• You should be passionate about how technology can positively impact the lives of the financial advisor community

• A thorough understanding and experience of how digital marketing concepts can be applied to get results and achieve non-linear growth

• You are expected to have good organization and Administration skill in Sales, Office management

• Great command over oral and written communication

• Have a flexible approach for work pressure and working hours

Additional Details

Salary Range

Rs. 12 Lakhs p.a
