Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth data analyses of the markets using traditional and advanced methods
• Conducting research on the universe of mutual funds schemes – equity, debt, and other alternative products.
• Making product recommendations, being able to position ideas, and articulate to the team about the risk or payoff for each recommendation
• Establish and maintain relationships with associates/partners and keep the research team updated on products and schemes
• Attend conference calls and meetings with associates/partners
• Create research reports on a periodic basis for internal and external use product notes, a quick comments on the suitability of a product to investors etc.
• Liaise with the Client Relationship Team internally to help them address queries on products and overall market review and outlook
• Understand client’s risk profile and review their portfolio and explain it to clients

Prefered Qualifications

Post-Graduate in Finance or a Related Function

• Strong organizational, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills are required to work as a team and for daily interaction with internal clients
• Accuracy, attention to detail and superior analytical thinking
• Candidate must have the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Product Suite especially Microsoft Excel
