Job Profile & Responsibilities

This position would allow the candidate to learn true financial planning/ advisory in an RIA firm. Training & mentoring assistance provided would be invaluable for the future career progression of the candidate. The candidate would over-time get hands-on experience in doing financial plans & offering advisories.

This is a true advisory position & there are no sales involved.

Financial Planner candidates would be eased into the advisory role immediately. Financial Planning Trainees will be under training for 3-6 months after which they will slowly be eased into financial advisory roles.

The candidate is expected to have sound knowledge of financial planning & allied finance areas, which we will build on.

We are looking for candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and other regional languages is a plus.

Prefered Qualifications

• We need candidates who can comply with RIA regulations.
• An ideal candidate would be a Postgraduates/ Professional Qualifications with 2 years experience ( any financial experience will do – like an MF dist., Insurance Agent, accounting, etc. for compliance purposes ) and CFP, QPFP certification / NISM 10A/10B.
• CFP certification should be through regular pathway only & NISM 10A/10B as per the new Amendment.
• Candidates less than 30 years of age are preferred.
• Candidates who are from Central & Harbour lines would be preferred. Outstation candidates are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai. Freshers are welcome.
