Job Profile & Responsibilities

– Manage the Mutual Fund business on Mobikwik.

– Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the SEBI by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework

– Understand the market dynamics and technological advancements in the mutual fund industry

– Create a road map for the business and drive the P&L.

– Responsible for overall Business/Distribution Strategy function, driving key business objectives centrally.

– Responsible for channel profitability & strategic initiatives to grow the business

– Topline/Initiatives to grow the business, Topline/Bottomline target achievement

– Developing and maintaining good working relationships with business associates, which will include but not limited to mutual fund companies and independent financial advisers.

– Manage teams like QA, Technology, Product and Business.

Prefered Qualifications

– MBA with 8 years of experience and 2+ years of experience in managing mutual fund products

– Proven track record in the Mutual Fund Tech Space and Mutual Fund marketplace and having a technological bent

Desired Candidate Profile

– Experience of working with Start-Ups and a fast paced environment.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation skill

– Numeracy, especially the ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
