Job Profile & Responsibilities

Providing  support by handling documentation for various investment products like mutual funds, stocks, FDs, bonds, PMS, & various platform and compliance and kyc paperwork
Client communication via phone and email and management of clients’ servicing requests as per agreed TATs
Management and upkeep of client servicing data and softwares
Portfolio data management and website data updation and maintenance of the portfolio reporting on daily basis
Following systems and processes for business operations as per company SOPs, TATs & SLAs
General office administration
Functioning with various teams, ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & quality service

Prefered Qualifications

2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in mutual funds/insurance/PMS industry is a must have NISM V A MF certification and NCFM Capital Markets (Dealer’s Module) certification preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have good grasp of English and good communication skills
Should be skilled in maintaining cordial relationship with clients, ensuring quality and service norms
Work experience in mutual funds / stock broking /insurance/financial services industry preferred
Should be comfortable with numbers and ability to work under pressure
Should be confident about handling HNI clients
Attention to detail and process orientation is important
Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment
