Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Handling documentation for investment products like mutual funds, stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS, and other financial products, and various platform and compliance and KYC
• Portfolio data management, maintenance of the company database on a daily basis
• Management of clients’ servicing and implementation requests as per agreed TATs
• Management and upkeep of client servicing data and Softwares
• Handholding clients on usage of various platforms for the implementation of advice
• Handling business daily back-office operations by following systems and processes
• Coordinating with office boy teams for documentation and client servicing management
• Following company SOPs, TATs & SLAs
• Handling projects related to client servicing and online platforms and execution of new back office projects
• Reporting – Sending of portfolio reports/tax reports / any other reports – report generation and sending and General office administration
• Functioning with various teams, ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & quality back office client service

Prefered Qualifications

• Graduate (any specialisation),
• M.Com/ MBA / PGDM would be an added advantage
• NISM V A, CM DM, NISM X A, X B certifications would be preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a good grasp of English and good communication skills
• Work experience in mutual funds/stock broking /insurance/financial services industry preferred
• Strong passion for working in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
• 2-3 years of work experience in the financial services industry preferred
