Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all Customer Service related activities.
• Ensure that all the queries/complaints/ requests received are resolved within Turnaround time.
• Responsible for ensuring customer Delight in each and every customer interaction with the company & designing, implementing & upgrading internal processes for the same.
• Coordinating & relationship building between company & various third-party organizations for faster resolution of queries for our customers.
• Deploy Coordinated and input based efforts to improve cross-selling through existing clients
• Supporting and designing various customer service, Administration & support strategies for the company.
