Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Managing Customer Relationships, Communicating With Customers,
• Ensuring Sales Growth and Building Sales Strategies.
• Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.
• Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
• Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
• Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
• Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.
• Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
• Settling clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner.
• Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our profits.

 

Prefered Qualifications

• Graduate (any specialization), M.Com/ MBA / PGDM would be an added advantage
• NISM V A, CM DM, NISM X A, X B certifications would be preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for working in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
• Have a strong desire to grow and learn.
• Have a good grasp of English and am able to communicate and connect with clients
• Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organization is an advantage.
• Right attitude with a customer-centric approach

Additional Details

We are based in Malad Mumbai, looking for candidates in close by vicinity – (currently due to pandemic)
