Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Leader – Lead the four-member Operations Team. Assign work to them and guide them if they face any difficulty.
  • Support Issues – Check all the support issues. Interact with the Financial advisory team / end-customers to understand the issue properly. Interact and work cohesively with third-party vendors like FundsIndiaPartner, iFast, etc to get the issue resolved timely.
  • Documentation – Document the processes/steps. For example PPT Document on how to approve transactions.
  • Continuous Improvement – Look at the improvement in the current process. Continuous Improvement of the existing Operations process is a must and one of the key requirements of this role.
  • Tracking – Track the following on a periodic basis:
    a. Regular Operations work tracking – Ex: Account opening, Fresh Investments, etc.
    b. Pending approvals of the investment transactions / Failed Transactions etc.
    c. Pending Advisory Fees from the customers.
    d. Invoicing from various vendors.
  • Audit work – Interact with FinAtoZ auditor and provide the necessary documents (like Advise Register, KYC data, etc) on a quarterly basis. Ensure that the audit-related documents are up to date by performing random checks on a monthly basis.
  • New project – Exploration and transition to a new platform for distribution customers.”

Prefered Qualifications

  • Qualifications – Graduate in the field of Finance (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA). NISM VA certificate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Primary Skills – Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Desired – This is a support role. A good attitude is a must. Financial Advisors of FinAtoZ are your internal customers.
  • Work Experience – Min. of 2 years of experience in performing a similar role in a Financial Advisory or Asset Management company

Salary Range

Rs. 5.5 Lacs to Rs. 6.5 Lacs Per Annum
