Job Profile & Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of Financial Advisors / Digital Partners (DPs)
2. Managing complete life cycle of DPs: Creating Motivation >> Training >> NISM Qualification >>
Continuous Support – enable with requisite process changes, wherever required
3. Increase production & productivity by ensuring effective knowledge transfer – thus improving wallet share with us.
4. Ability to communicate the Value Adds of the platform & facilitate structured deals
5. Run local marketing campaigns
6. Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company
7. Work closely with various AMC offices in the region, for support on trainings, campaigns
8. Work closely with cross functional teams (Insurance Sales teams for a good penetration/cross-
sell of MF business & activating more DPs); Ops team, for local logins & query resolution
9. Maintain the highest level of business hygiene & ethics
10. Understand and align with the company policies

Graduate / Post graduate + NISM

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be having a practical knowledge of the MF business. He/she understand the Client buying behaviour & has a good understanding of the Sales Process. 4-6 years of work experience.

Additional Details

Willingness & attitude to wotk in a start-up environment. Good communication is a must.
